Welcome to the Gilead Praise & Worship Center Non-member Religious Exemption Requests page.

For non-members requesting a religious exemption support letter please follow the steps below:

1. Fill out the request form below.

2. Email the form to our Director of Operations and Finance.

Form Processing Fee: $50.00 USD

To submit the fee for processing please follow the steps below:

​

1. Submit the payment using the "Donate" tab above

2. Select "Other" option for category of Payment

3. When prompted to add a note, please type, "Religious Exemption Processing Fee" and your full name.

Note: if you want your letter returned to a physical address please check the box to share your address, otherwise the letter will be sent to the email provided with the payment.

Please note the processing time for all exemption letters is 72 hours from when the request is received.
