Intercessory Prayer Ministry
The Intercessory Prayer Ministry teaches Born-Again believers how to pray every Friday night (1 Timothy 2:1).

Intercessory prayer is a cornerstone of our church’s foundation. We are built upon a legacy of fervent prayer, echoing the Apostle Paul’s exhortation in Ephesians 6:18 to “pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests.” This scripture reminds us that prayer is not just a personal practice but a continuous and collective effort that binds us together in faith. As a church, we are committed to lifting each other up and standing in the gap through intercession, ensuring that prayer remains central to our worship and ministry.

Our calling extends beyond the walls of the church to intercede for the body of Christ and the world. Isaiah 59:16 reveals God’s search for someone to stand in the gap: “He saw that there was no one, He was concerned that there was no one to intervene.” As intercessors, we take up this mantle, praying for the needs of the global church and the brokenness of the world. Whether it is for the salvation of souls, healing, or justice, we believe our prayers can shift atmospheres and invite God’s will to be done on earth as it is in heaven. We must remember that God put His will into our hands. God's blueprint is being built through his workmen (and women) and intercessors.
Intercessory prayer is a ministry ordained by Jesus Christ and believers must be taught how to pray effectively and systematically. Equipping members to become skilled in prayer is an essential part of our mission. In Luke 11, Jesus’ disciples asked, “Lord, teach us to pray,” and He provided them with a model that includes adoration, petition, and surrender. We follow this example by teaching our congregation how to pray with purpose and power. Through workshops, prayer groups, and personal mentoring, we aim to cultivate a generation of believers who understand the principles of effective prayer and can confidently approach the throne of grace. Additionally, we teach born-again believers in Jesus Christ their power (through the Holy Spirit) to petition the courts of Heaven and seek justice for the things that they have prayed (Hebrews 4:16, 1 John 5:14-15, Matthew 21:22, Isaiah 54:17, Ephesians 1:3, Luke 18:7-8).
As a Believer, know YOU have the ability and right, given by Jesus Christ, to petition the courts of Heaven*:
1. Open the Courts of Heaven
2. Present Our Case Before God
3. Repent of Generational Sin
4. Break Ungodly Soul Ties
5. Remove Legal Rights of the Enemy
6. Ask for Cleansing by the Blood of Jesus
7. Ask for Healing and Restoration
8. Appeal Adverse Rulings and Judgment
9. Petition for Blessings and Favor
10. Plead Our Covenant Rights
11. Ask for Justice and Vindication
12. Request the Fear of the Lord
13. Pray for the Holy Spirit’s Seven Manifested Ways of God (Holy Spirit, Seven Manifestations) Isaiah 11:2, Revelation 1:4) **
14. Call for the Divine Council to Convene
15. Ask for Angelic Enforcement (and Assistance)

Intercessory Prayer is also important to teach born-again believers in Jesus Christ the importance of repentance of sin, true deliverance, breaking generational curses, breaking soul ties, and release prophetic flows. In the life of a Believer, there are many things in their past that prevent them from getting closer to God, and one of those things is sin. Sin separates us from God and destroys our relationship with Him (1 John 1:7-9). Through true repentance: asking God's forgiveness, turning away from thoughts, behaviors, and routines, and practicing holiness, they can walk in a great manifestation of the fullness of Christ (Isaiah 55:7, Matthew 3:8, Acts of the Apostles 3:19, Psalm 51:3-5, Galatians 5:16). Breaking generational curses through routing out and renunciation prayers allows Believers to destroy strongholds and legal rights that demonic spirits have to repeat cycles in families and heritages (Colossians 2:14-15) .
Prayers for breaking soul ties helps Believers reclaim spiritual freedom and wholeness, as it severs unhealthy emotional or sinful bonds that hinder submitting to God’s will. By renouncing these ties through prayer in the authority of Jesus Christ with the power of the Holy Spirit , believers can restore their soul's purity, guard their hearts, and walk in heaven’s divine rhythms. (2 Corinthians 6:14, Galatians 5:1, 2 Corinthians 10:4-6). Intercessory prayer also allows the Believer to set an atmosphere to release flows of birthing and bringing forth, prophetic flows, moaning and groanings of the spirit (Acts of the Apostles 2:42, Amos 3:7, James 3:1, Colossians 1:10, Proverbs 11:3, Jeremiah 1:10).

Prayer also serves as a source of strength and joy for every believer. Jesus’ promise in John 16:23-24 assures us, “Whatever you ask the Father in My name, He will give you. Until now you have asked for nothing in My name. Ask and you will receive, and your joy will be complete.” This assurance fuels our faith, reminding us that prayer is not only a means of communication with God but also a channel for receiving His blessings and peace. As we persevere in prayer, we are empowered to face life’s challenges with renewed strength and confidence.
Finally, we engage in warfare prayers to storm the gates of hell and reclaim territory for God’s kingdom. Matthew 16:18 declares that the gates of hell will not prevail against the church. With this bold assurance, we confront spiritual strongholds and declare victory in Jesus’ name. Through strategic, Spirit-led intercession, we wage war against the forces of darkness, standing firm in our authority as believers in Jesus Christ, equipped with power from the Holy Spirit. Together, we advance God’s kingdom, knowing that our prayers have the power to break chains, destroy barriers, and bring forth His glory.
