Elder Pastor Elaine Ravenell is an ordained Pastor at Gilead Praise & Worship Center Incorporated. Elder Ravenell is an Intercessor, Teacher, and Prophetess (including Shamar Prophetess). Elder Ravenell was born in the city of Philadelphia. She is a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She fell in love with the Lord Jesus Christ as a little girl and since the time of her youth has made the choice to be dedicated to God.

Elder Ravenell has been involved with ministry work since 1996. She has done evangelistic work out in the streets of Philadelphia; witnessing, passing out tracks, praying for people. She has also taught in many nursing homes ministering to the elderly.

Elder Ravenell has completed her formal education at various universities and colleges. She began at Strayer University studying Business Administration. After receiving her Associates Degree, she transitioned to Philadelphia Biblical University (PBU). With much hard work and dedication, she earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Theology, pursuing a minor in Counseling.

In previous ministries (namely Dunamis International Ministry), Elder Ravenell served in the Ministry of Helps taking care of the house of God. She also served by providing leadership in the prayer ministry. In other areas of service, she was an Usher, taught the bible to adults in Sunday School, and served as a Financial Officer for nine years.

​

Elder Ravenell’s operates out of many church offices, according to the Five-Fold Ministry giftings (found Ephesians 4:11-13). She is a Pastor, Teacher, and Prophetess (including Shamar Prophet). The journey to the office of a Pastor took her through many avenues and ordinations. She began as an ordained Deaconness, and then an ordained Minister, and then to an ordained Pastor.

In her current role, Associate Pastor at Gilead Praise & Worship Center Incorporated, she is fully committed to the LORD God. Operating in Spiritual Warfare, she is willing to follow the glory of God through worship of Christ Jesus. She abides, working in the ministry of the Lord Jesus Christ, to help run the ministry of Gilead Praise & Worship Center, Incorporated, working with the Associate Pastors, Susie Lowery, Jermaine Lowery, and Jerome Lowery, to assist the Senior Pastor, Apostle Susan Lowery in whatever it takes to forward the ministry and God’s work.
